Richard Kenneth “Rick” Jones, 58, of Indianapolis, passed away Saturday, June 27, 2009. He was born January 31, 1951 to the late Wesley and Lucille Frances (Hewitt) Jones in Indianapolis, IN. He served in the U.S. Army as a Sergeant during the Vietnam War. Rick is survived by his wife, Patricia (Bourque) Jones; two sons, Charles (Justine) Jones and Jonathan Jones; three grandchildren, Gage, Isaac, and Hannah. He is also survived by two sisters, Lucy Brixey and Mary (John) Begovich; and a brother, Wesley Jones III. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Thomas Jones.Funeral Service will be at Colonial Hills Baptist Church, 8140 Union Chapel Rd, Indianapolis, at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 2 with visitation starting at 9 a.m. until time of service. Rick will be buried at Marion National Cemetery, Marion, IN, with full military honors. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Colonial Hills Baptist Church, Deacon Fund.
